Consider yourself completely corrupted by this recipe for a keto cinnamon toast crunch cereal. We may not need to know about this one. After all, many of us probably already have a problem eating too many chicharrones, you know, the pork rinds. That’s the secret ingredient in this “cereal.” Seriously. This is a really crazy recipe and you will be completely surprised how much you like it. Luckily, it is also extremely filling but I do strongly suggest only buying one bag of chicharrones at a time.
The thing about chicharrones is that they take on the flavor of what you add to the dish. In this case, you are flavoring your almond milk with butter, cinnamon and a sweetener. You add the chicharrones to provide the “crisp” and the bulk. I just shake my head at how simple this is and how delicious it is. I hope I don’t get a bunch of messages about how you’re swimming in big bowls of this now. Eat the salad first. This is a very tantalizing dessert. (*shaking*my*head*)
