These keto lemon lime coconut fat bombs are a bright and satisfying dessert treat!

- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut
- Stevia or other keto sweetener to taste
- 1 small lemon zest
- 1 small lemon juice
- 1 lime zest
- 1 lime juice
- 2 tsp vanilla
Bring the cream cheese and butter to room temperature for easier mixing.
Mix together the cream cheese and butter.
Add coconut. Mix together.
Sweeten to taste with your sweetener.
Add the juice and zest of your lemons and limes.
Add vanilla.
Mix well.
Spoon into lined freezer forms. Allow to set in freezer. Remove from forms and store in an airtight freezer container.
