These keto lemon lime coconut fat bombs are a bright and satisfying dessert treat!

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut
  • Stevia or other keto sweetener to taste
  • 1 small lemon zest
  • 1 small lemon juice
  • 1 lime zest
  • 1 lime juice
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Bring the cream cheese and butter to room temperature for easier mixing.
  • Mix together the cream cheese and butter.
  • Add coconut. Mix together.
  • Sweeten to taste with your sweetener.
  • Add the juice and zest of your lemons and limes.
  • Add vanilla.
  • Mix well.
  • Spoon into lined freezer forms. Allow to set in freezer. Remove from forms and store in an airtight freezer container.
