These keto taco shells are the perfect flavor for authentic Mexican food.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  • Grate your cheddar cheese if it's not already grated.
  • Line a baking pan with parchment paper or a non-stick silicone baking sheet.
  • Place 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese in circles on the baking sheet, leaving at least two inches between each round. The rounds will spread a bit as the cheese melts.
  • Place the baking sheet in the oven for five minutes (and possibly seven or eight), until the edges of the taco shells begin to brown.
  • Remove them from the oven and allow them to cool for 1-3 minutes before racking them as described.
  • Let them cool on the rack for at least ten minutes before removing.
