Ingredients

  • 2 T butter unsalted preferred
  • 1/8 t poultry seasoning
  • 1 T coconut flour
  • 1 T almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 T almond milk
  • 1/8 t baking powder
  • 2 T green beans
  • 3 T shredded turkey
  • 2 T mild-flavored cheese
  • 2 T mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Place butter and seasoning in mug, microwave for 15 seconds on high.
  2. Add coconut flour, almond flour, almond milk, and baking powder to mug. Mix.
  3. Add mix-ins.
  4. Microwave on high for 90 seconds.
