This fun keto chocolate is infused with lavender flowers!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup fresh lavender
  • 10 + mini-scoops of powder stevia
  • 8 oz baker’s chocolate 100% cacao

Instructions
 

  • Simmer the coconut oil and herb in a double boiler for about 30 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and cover. Let sit overnight to infuse the herbal flavor into the coconut oil.
  • Strain the herb from the coconut oil, retaining the infused oil for the recipe.
  • Combine coconut oil, baker’s chocolate, and stevia in the double boiler.
  • Heat and blend. Add more stevia to taste.
  • Place in lined freezer pans or silicone candy molds.
  • Freeze.
  • Remove and store when frozen.
