- 1 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup fresh lavender
- 10 + mini-scoops of powder stevia
- 8 oz baker’s chocolate 100% cacao
Simmer the coconut oil and herb in a double boiler for about 30 minutes.
Remove from heat and cover. Let sit overnight to infuse the herbal flavor into the coconut oil.
Strain the herb from the coconut oil, retaining the infused oil for the recipe.
Combine coconut oil, baker’s chocolate, and stevia in the double boiler.
Heat and blend. Add more stevia to taste.
Place in lined freezer pans or silicone candy molds.
Freeze.
Remove and store when frozen.
