Elderberry Cheesecake Fat Bombs

This is a delightful and refreshing freezer candy, creamy and berry-licious. :)

- 8 oz full fat cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup butter softened
- 1/4 cup elderberry juice unsweetened (just the berry)
- 5 stevia powder to taste
- 1 T lemon juice optional
Bring cream cheese and butter to room temperature.
Mix cream cheese and butter together using a mixer.
Mix in elderberry juice, sweetener, and lemon.
Taste for sweetener. Make adjustments.
Place into freezer molds and store in the freezer until set.
Remove from the molds and store in the freezer in an air tight freezer container.
