This is a delightful and refreshing freezer candy, creamy and berry-licious. :)

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz full fat cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup butter softened
  • 1/4 cup elderberry juice unsweetened (just the berry)
  • 5 stevia powder to taste
  • 1 T lemon juice optional

Instructions
 

  • Bring cream cheese and butter to room temperature.
  • Mix cream cheese and butter together using a mixer.
  • Mix in elderberry juice, sweetener, and lemon.
  • Taste for sweetener. Make adjustments.
  • Place into freezer molds and store in the freezer until set.
  • Remove from the molds and store in the freezer in an air tight freezer container.
