This is a flavorful and keto-style Big Mac-inspired pizza!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 3/4 cups grated mozzarella or add half cheddar
  • 3/4 cups almond flour
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch garlic powder
  • liquid smoke optional
  • 1 cup special sauce
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese or combine with mozzarella
  • 20 dill pickle slices
  • 2 cups iceberg lettuce shredded

Instructions
 

  • Make your pizza crust.
  • With a hot crust, use the Big Mac Special Sauce as the sauce on your pizza, about 1/2 cup, reserving the rest for the top.
  • Add cooked ground beef and cheddar cheese.
  • Put the pizza back in the oven until the cheese has melted, about 5 minutes.
  • Top your hot pizza with dill pickles, shredded ice berg lettuce, and additional special sauce.
  • Slice and enjoy.
