Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 1 cup erythritol
  • 1/2 t liquid stevia
  • 1/2 T molasses
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 3/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
  • 2 T peanut powder
  • 1 t baking powder
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 cup keto chocolate chips sweetened with stevia or other keto sweetener

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Combine butter, sweeteners, and egg in mixer.
  • In a separate bowl, combine flours, peanut powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir together.
  • Combine flour and butter mixtures in mixer.
  • Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Place in small rounded spoonfuls on a non-stick baking pan, leaving a couple of inches between cookies. Flatten them just a bit.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes.
