- 1/3 cup erythritol or other keto sweetener
- 1/3 cup ricotta or cream cheese
- 3 T cacao powder
- 1 t vanilla
Whip cream to soft peaks.
Add sweetener to whipped cream.
Set some whipped cream aside for topping.
In a separate bowl, whip the ricotta or cream cheese.
Add cacao and vanilla to the whipped ricotta or cream cheese.
Add whipped cream to the cheese blend.
Adjust for sweetness.
