Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/3 cup erythritol or other keto sweetener
  • 1/3 cup ricotta or cream cheese
  • 3 T cacao powder
  • 1 t vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Whip cream to soft peaks.
  • Add sweetener to whipped cream.
  • Set some whipped cream aside for topping.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the ricotta or cream cheese.
  • Add cacao and vanilla to the whipped ricotta or cream cheese.
  • Add whipped cream to the cheese blend.
  • Adjust for sweetness.
  • Serve in small dishes topped with whipped cream.
