  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/3 cup erythritol or other keto sweetener
  • 1/3 cup ricotta or cream cheese
  • 3 T cacao powder
  • 1 t vanilla


  1. Whip cream to soft peaks.
  2. Add sweetener to whipped cream.
  3. Set some whipped cream aside for topping.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the ricotta or cream cheese.
  5. Add cacao and vanilla to the whipped ricotta or cream cheese.
  6. Add whipped cream to the cheese blend.
  7. Adjust for sweetness.
  8. Serve in small dishes topped with whipped cream.
