Ingredients
  

  • Chicken bones
  • 3 quarts of water
  • 1 peeled onion
  • 4 celery stalks
  • 3 garlic cloves

Instructions
 

  • Add the chicken bones to your pot.
  • Add the optional vegetables.
  • Cover with water until the chicken bones are completely covered.
  • Stew for about 24 hours.
  • Strain off the broth and retain it for your soups.
