Ingredients
  

  • 2 T butter unsalted preferred
  • 1/8 t poultry seasoning
  • 1 T coconut flour
  • 1 T almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 T almond milk
  • 1/8 t baking powder
  • 2 T green beans
  • 3 T shredded turkey
  • 2 T mild-flavored cheese
  • 2 T mushrooms

Instructions
 

  • Place butter and seasoning in mug, microwave for 15 seconds on high.
  • Add coconut flour, almond flour, almond milk, and baking powder to mug. Mix.
  • Add mix-ins.
  • Microwave on high for 90 seconds.
