- 1/8 t poultry seasoning
- 1 T coconut flour
- 1 T almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1 T almond milk
- 1/8 t baking powder
- 2 T green beans
- 3 T shredded turkey
- 2 T mild-flavored cheese
- 2 T mushrooms
Place butter and seasoning in mug, microwave for 15 seconds on high.
Add coconut flour, almond flour, almond milk, and baking powder to mug. Mix.
Add mix-ins.
Microwave on high for 90 seconds.
